Azeris already planned a provocation tonight?

Here's a screenshot of a propagandistic Azeri website made in the MORNING of March 16, which says that Armenian's have violated Karabakh cease-fire on the EVENING of March 16. Just a misspelling? Or accidental early publication of planned propagandistic material?

Gush, I'm so darn sick and tired of all these propaganda wars! :(
